What is the Summer Institute?

The IBCD Summer Institute is a 3-day event hosted by the Institute for Biblical Counseling and Discipleship. This Institute provides a unique crossroad for a diverse community of key members in the Biblical Counseling community. 


We seek to facilitate teaching and discussions on a range of counseling issues by providing relevant topics in plenary sessions and workshops. Our previous Summer Institutes have attracted several hundreds of attendees from across the globe.

Standard Exhibitor – $250

  • Free conference registration for 2 representatives. Invite additional helpers or just attendees for a discounted $100 / person. Registration can be in-person or virtual.
  • On-site booth space, 8 ft. table, and 2 chairs.
  • “Virtual” booth space. Reach virtual attendees by linking your website, social media, & ministry info. Include promo videos, products, books, and other digital marketing materials.
  • ½ page ad to be featured in our physical AND digital event booklet.
  • 1 swag bag item in attendee bags (sticker, flyer, booklet, etc.). 
  • 2 Free Luncheon invitations to attend Friday’s special IBCD Supporting Partner Luncheon. Only the 2 primary representatives are invited.

Premium Exhibitor – $500

  • Free conference registration for 3 representatives. Invite additional helpers or just attendees for only $50 / person. Registration can be in-person or virtual. 
  • On-site booth space, 8 ft. table, and 3 chairs.
  • “Virtual” booth space. Reach virtual attendees by linking your website, social media, & ministry info. Include promo videos, products, books, and other digital marketing materials.
  • FULL-page ad and exclusive listing as an IBCD Premium Exhibitor to be featured in our physical AND digital event booklet.
  • 1 display screen ad to roll in-between all sessions.
  • 1 follow-up newsletter to be sent out to all conference registrants 1 week post-event. Can be used to promote special product discounts, showcase ministry info, or encourage sign-ups for your own newsletter.
  • Wall poster (approx 24x36 in) for attendees to view as they walk the campus
  • 2 swag bag items in attendee bags (sticker, flyer, booklet, etc.).

Event Sponsor – $1000+

Any donation made to IBCD of $1000 or more for the purpose of supporting the conference will be met with everything in the Premium package PLUS:

  • Main Entrance Booth Space for maximum traffic interaction
  • Ministry name printed on all attendee lanyards
  • Up to 3 wall posters (approx 24x36 in) for attendees to view as they walk the campus
